It’s as easy as burning 50 calories

So every morning I look at my emails and particularly caught my eye. It was from Sparkpeople.com. That particular article discussed 50 ways to burn 50 calories. Mind you, these are based off of a 150 pound person. Keep these in mind when your doing your day to day activities. I know for myself I tend to over exaggerate how many calories I end up burning or don’t burn. Reading these really helped to put calorie torching into perspective.
