Run 4 miles Monday, 5 miles Wednesday, 10 miles this weekend and the 5k lemon drop this sunday
Crossfit: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Attempt no sweets for everyday but September 11th (the department is providing Ted Drewes, can’t turn that down 🙂 )
