Sautrday’s Checklist

Yesterday was a whirlwind of a day, as most Friday’s tend to be. Work, Crossfit, Sarah came over for a leftover dinner, then it was off to Alyson’s to watch some fireworks! (Pics will be up later, my computer is not loading photos :/ ). 
Today is a loaded day.

Mobility Seminar
10 mile run with Sarah
Weight Management modules #1, #2, #3
Planning next weeks meals
If time, going to the farmers market.
Whoo that’s a lot to do,
