Mid week Update!

Happy Wednesday!! Mid week half way to the weekend and a birthday celebration! Lots have been going on this week. Swimming Monday and tonight, Crossfit Tuesday, supposed to be tonight (running wod, still no running for this girl), meetings, classes, oh yeah and an interview with KPLR 11 on salty foods!! Not going to lie, I was a little bit nervous, and I wasn’t sure where to look (notice eyes darting everywhere!!). Thhe clip is a great promoter of low sodium and how to eat low sodium.
