Squeezing in a quick workout on a Monday

Monday’s for the past few months have been pretty hectic. Working 7:30-3:30ish or 4, class from 4:45 to 7:30 leaves me pretty tired at the end of the day and not wanting to work out til 8:30 or 9. On the days that I don’t want to stay up so late, ill do a quick Tabata. More on Tabata here.

Today’s Tabata was quick and total body. Turn up the tunes and get to work!!
