Finally done with classes and now have so much more free time and I could not be more ready. Working full time and taking 2 classes really cut into my cooking and blogging time. Needless to say I have so many recipes, fun nutrition facts, and nutritious goodies to share with you!
Anyways it’s now may and lots of fruits and vegetables are now coming into season

Sauteeing vegetables in some olive oil or red wine vinegar are easy ways to spice up vegetables.

What are your favorite seasonings for your vegetables??
