I’m Katie a registered dietitian, furmom to my pup Lucy, and always up for an adventure or some fun. I love to cook and to eat as well as get my sweat on working out. As retired swimmer who has transitioned to running, crossfit, and barre, the fitness workout part is definitely requiring a Garmin for some guidance. Above all, I love to have fun.
