Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup of oats

1 full single serving container of chobani greek yogurt (about 1 1/2 cups)

3/4 cup of coconut milk (added another 1/4 in the morning)(can also use almond milk or regular

milk)

 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds.

Optimal adding fruit

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients into a bowl or mason jar. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night. Take out in the morning, add a bit more milk to your liking and Enjoy!
