Pumpkin Flaxseed pancakes

12  Servings

1 ½ cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup oat bran

1 tablespoon wheat germ

2 tablespoon flax seeds

¾ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup egg whites (or 1 egg)

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp

1/3 cup sugar

2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 ½ tsp cinnamon


1. Mix dry ingredients together

2. preheat pan or griddle

3. mix wet ingredients together

4. stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

5.Spray pan to avoid pancakes sticking.

6. scoop about ¼- 1/3 of batter onto pan and flip when the pancake starts to bubble
