Oatmeal Bison Burgers
Makes 3 burgers
6 oz of ground bison
1/2-3/4 cup of chopped onion (depending on your onion preference)
2 diced garlic cloves
1/2 cup oats
.2 oz of low fat feta (or 1/3 of a TJ’s container of feta)
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into 3 patties.
Heat up a skillet or grill.
Cook for 4 minutes and flip and cook another 4 minutes or to the doneness of your liking.
Add your favorite fixings and enjoy!
