Almond Cookie in a Mug
2 tablespoons almond meal
1 tablespoon flaxseed
2 tablespoons egg whites
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon almond milk
¼ scoop of vanilla Designer whey protein
Mix all the ingredients in a mug and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Slice a banana or top with berries and enjoy!!
